Gabriel Jorge Garcia-Pons, a seasoned wine and spirits executive, has overseen various global markets during his 30+ year career. With experience in building companies, acquiring brands, and demonstrating effective leadership, Gabriel has managed full profit and loss responsibilities and supervised all sales and marketing activities for companies generating over $85 million in revenue.

Throughout the past 12 years, Gabriel has held key positions at Bespoken Spirits as the VP of Sales & Marketing, Zamora Company as the US Sales Director, and Illva Saronno as the Regional Director for the US, Canada, Caribbean, and Global Duty-Free markets. His accomplishments include establishing US importation companies for both Illva Saronno and Zamora. During his tenure at Disaronno, Gabriel revitalized the brand, reversing a 9-year sales decline to achieve an impressive +7% growth in a challenging cordial category. He also managed the East Coast Market and played a pivotal role in transforming the entity into a leading import, sales, and marketing company. At Zamora, he orchestrated the creation of the Joint Venture Zamora USA Importer by forming strategic partnerships, acquiring brands, and developing a comprehensive portfolio. Gabriel facilitated the Request for Proposal process and finalized agreements with SGWS.

His prior experiences include enhancing Flor de Cana's presence in the Eastern 32 states and expanding their Global Duty-Free footprint in LatAm and worldwide. Before his time at Flor de Cana, Gabriel contributed to the transition from Seagram's to Pernod Ricard as a State Manager. Additionally, he played a pioneering role in introducing Red Bull and San Pellegrino to various markets.
